Your appearance speaks volumes.

I remember those days during youth corp services when various personnel and companies used to come for orientation on what to do,expect after the service year, interviews when we finally finished with our service year and join the labour force.I can vividly recall a man who came to orientate us about labour market and some other things like professional exams he felt would be relevant in our pursuit of our dream careers as an edge over others during job interviews.
The young man had very important information to pass to us but he didn't gain our utmost attention because of his packaging. He was shabbily dressed. his shoes was in need of polishing, his shirt was not properly tucked in,he was sweating and had no handerkchief to wipe away his sweat and to crown it all his posture was reading this signal to us"l am very tried and hungry".
This is the kind of conclusion we draw to our ourselves when we don't take our apprearance and composure into consideration every day we come across people. Our appearance speaks volumes to people we come across.I know of an older friend who usually appears in shinning shoes all the time I come across her,I keep wondering if she goes about with a polish in her bag. Another friend of mine once told me she usually have extra buttons, needle and thread in her bag whenever she goes out, lesson she learnt when she two of the buttons on her shirt pop out when she went for an interview.Although this might sound funny but makes big sense because it is assumed that everyday we will come across a new person in life and this might be a source of limelight to one.
Appearing well in public does not necessarily mean going extra miles to purchase expensive clothes, bags, watches, belt, wallet, ties, perfumes and lots more but, rather wearing neat and comfortable clothes and shoes not forgetting composure .these put together speaks volumes of our personality whenever we come across people, because it is said that "first impression lasts longer".
When we are neatly dressed this boost our self-esteem and covey a powerful image.some people believe this can be only achieved depending on how much you earn in your place of work.this kind of opinion is potrays the kind of self-esteem one has. I Have come across an office assistant and thought he was actually the head of the department I wanted to see another I experience I had was when i visited calabar to visit my sister who resides there.I had difficulty in getting a bike to take me out because I thought the bike riders( okada riders)passing bye me where workers going to work because of the way they were neatly dressed.l had to call my sister who laughed and told me they were all motor cycle riders. this is to show the high self-esteem the motor cycle riders and the office assistant have of themselves and didn't allow the money the earn or the kind of job they do hinder them from dressing neat and properly.
“The way you dress says a lot about how organized you are, how you present yourself, and how others perceive you.”
The aim of this write up is not underestimate how our appearance have effect on what people think of us. It also affect our reputation, productivity and getting things done promptly.
Here are some impacts and what people see in our appearance and composture.

Let's all think about when we are properly dressed for work, that day we usually feel confident, talk, share a joke easily among colleagues, get jobs done easily and feel satisfied regardless of how feel inside compare to days we are shabbly dressed to work.

How to Handle Your Child's Temper Tantrum

The only people who find temper tantrums amusing are a child's grandparents—because it’s finally payback time as they watch their grown children struggle helplessly with their own little monsters. Unfortunately, tantrums are a fact of life for anyone with young children. They usually start before age two, when children experiment with different ways to communicate with others and to get what they want. Tantrums become more infrequent around age four, but some children continue to “throw fits” for years after that—even into adulthood. Yikes! Don’t worry, though. While tantrums are unavoidable to some extent, you can prevent many of them and help your child learn better coping mechanisms by following some simple steps. This article will help you and your child navigate the tantrum years with your sanity intact.

Top 6 Marriage -Killing Money Issues.

Top 6 Marriage-Killing Money Issues.
Arguments about money hamper many marriages. In fact, couples fight about money twice as much as they fight about sex, according to a Money Magazine survey. And the challenges can actually start even before you say "I do."

Mine, Yours, Ours
Sometimes, when each spouse works and they can't agree on financial issues, they decide to split the bills down the middle or allocate them out in some other fair and equitable manner. Once the bills are covered, each spouse can spend what they have left as they see fit. It sounds like a reasonable plan, but the process often builds resentment over the individual purchases made. It also divides the spending power, eliminating much of the financial value of marriage.

End of the a School term....Position or Percentage?

As schools are vacating for the 2nd Academic Term both Parents,Schools,Children and the Society are on the watch-out for Pupils Performance after the 2nd term examinations. Gone are those days when a successful child at the end of each examination is measured by his or her position.

Attaining the first position is seen as an instrument to measure the child's academic excellence .Over the years parents, schools and the society have zoomed down to point zero children who are yet to attain the first, second or third positions, ignoring the fact that all children are liable to attain these positions depending on the preparation and materials available to them. Black Seed Oil:cure to many diseases.

Black Cumin Seed Oil Gives You Strong, Robust Skin.
Essential fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids, flavonoids. Black cumin seed oil has them all.

Together, these components make the oil a great moisturizer, anti-inflammatory agent, anti-aging ingredient, and more, but you can think of it like you’re secret for strong, healthy skin.
Black cumin seed reinforces skin’s health and vibrancy, with anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects.

A Little More About This Ingredient
Black cumin seeds come from a plant scientifically called Nigella sativa, and also referred to as fennel flower, nutmeg flower, and Roman coriander. An annual flowering plant, it’s native to south and southwest Asia, growing from about 8-12 inches tall.

Flowers have 5-10 feathery petals and are usually pale blue and white. Balloon-like pods hold the seeds. These open in the shape of a five-pointed star, and over time, the seeds change from a pale color to black as they dry and mature. The earliest known reference to black cumin is found in the Book of Isaiah in the Old Testament, where the Prophet calls the black seed “a remedy for every illness except death.”

Health Benefits
Traditionally, black cumin was used to stimulate energy and treat a variety of ailments, including liver and digestive complaints, jaundice, headaches, nasal congestion, and to remove intestinal parasites. More recent research has found that black cumin seed extract may help to fight cancer.

Other studies have found it helps to boost the immune system, tame allergies, and ease digestive complaints. Some research has also suggested they may help to lower blood sugar levels, potentially preventing or helping to control diabetes.
The seeds are high in fiber, along with beta-carotene, calcium, iron, and potassium, and can be used to make a hot tea, to add to coffee, or to grind up and sprinkle on salads, casseroles, bread, and stir-fry dishes.

Benefits to the Skin
Black cumin has long been taken internally to help improve the condition of hair, skin, and nails. We now know that we can get a number of the same benefits by applying the oil topically. The one that really sticks out as being different from many other plant ingredients is the oil’s powerful ability to restore the natural health and vitality of skin.

1.Nourishes: Black cumin provides vitamins A, B, and C, along with minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc, giving skin what it needs to recover and repair itself.
2.Reduces acne: This oil has a reputation as helping to fight acne. If you’re struggling with stubborn, adult acne, you need to try this oil.
3.Fights infection: In addition to fighting the bacteria that causes acne, black cumin seed oil also fights against other types of bacteria and fungus, keeping the face infection-free. Try it on eczema, skin boils, ringworm, and psoriasis scales.
4.Moisturizes: Like many natural oils, black cumin seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids that provide deep, lasting moisturization for skin. These fatty acids also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
5.Fades scars and dark spots: Regular application of this oil will help to fade dark spots and old acne and other scars. Vitamin A and amino acids together with fatty acids help to encourage skin regeneration.
6.Tames redness: If you have rosacea or other skin conditions that are leaving you with red skin, black cumin seed can help. It has a natural anti-inflammatory property that calms inflammation and encourages the healthy function of the immune system. The oil also has a natural antihistamine property—perfect for skin conditions that may be caused by allergies.
Try It!

It’s difficult to describe the way black cumin seed works in a way that lives up to what it really does! This is a truly magical ingredient that will help re balance and restore your skin’s natural health..
