General Health Tips.

*Don't skip breakfast.

*Take time to relax and unwind.

*Sleep well.

*Wash your hands often most especially before and after eating and visiting the restroom.

*Eat lot's of fresh fruits and vegetables.

*Drink lot's of water.

*Let humor enter your life.Don't go around with a stone face.Smile,laugh and have fun.

*Exercise regularly.

*Park that car and take a walk,use the tv's remote less and move your body regularly.

*And lastly stay positive and have faith it makes you live longer.
