You Can Cool Down The Anger..

When asked to talk about myself the things that usually comes up in my mind is that "am easy going,friendly,nice and rarely gets angry.

I was proven wrong when a colleague tested my "easy going"attitude which made me flared up and had to sit down for a while to calm down..But in actual fact from studies. Anger is a completely normal,usually healthy and human emotion can destroy when it gets out of hand and when anger starts controlling ones life .Health issues linked to unresolved anger includes high blood pressure,colds,flu,heart attack,depression,anxiety and problems with digestion..which brings me to tips for cooling down.



TIPS FOR COOLING DOWN.
 1.Focus on the physical sensations of anger.
 2.Take some deep breaths.
 3.Exercise.
4.Use your sense.
5.Stretch or massage areas of tension.
6.Recognize your anger signs.
7.Slowly count zero to ten(0-10).
8.Talk about how you feel.
9.Laughter.
10.Forgive. These and more tips will help controlling that anger boiling within one...
