Healthy Eating
1.Wait for signs of true hunger. 2.Moderation is key. 3.Eat a healthy breakfast. 4.Drink lots of water. 5.Do not keep red zone food in the house. e.g chocolate,full-fat ice cream,fizzy drinks and lots more. 6.Eating heavy foods late at night or sleeping after eating. 7.Snacking! dear go for fruits. 8.Take more of plant protein.e.g beans,nuts,grains. 9.Go organic.Reduce your intake of canned foods,take more of healthier foods such as fish,vegetables,dairy and fruits. 10.Avoid any excess of the 3S (sugar,sweets and salt) And most importantly keep a positive attitude and focus on the long term results you will achieve in maintaining healthy eating habit. Stay healthy and alive.
